Hey, hopefully, you'll see this. I wanted to respond directly to your latest review, the one about the dagger length. (you really need to get an FF account lol)
I did not think about the actual length when I did that. I sort of thought about it, but 15 inches was not what I had in mind while I was picturing it/drawing it. It has since been changed to 9, because that makes far more sense. The actual bladed part is about 7 inches, and then about 2 for the "rounded area" that hooks into the gauntlet.
Thank you for telling me though! And for doing it nicely, since someone else did not do so nicely earlier, and pointed out my stupidity. lol
No problem, as for ffn accounts...I'll get to it eventually...(<-procrastinator) in any case, I can't wait to see how you handle the shikai of the others, in spirits, abilities, and the released states, especially if they all look as good as this picture. Though I still recommend the prong stabbing temari, as the full point is still dangerous enough to reach vitals (though now his shikai length is now only slightly longer than suzumebachi, but also far more manageable in combat if he were to merely swing it around or lunge in close quarters)
Haha, I understand about the procrastination. It really does not take very long to do, just a form to fill out and an email confirmation. You don't have to write anything, just use it to read. lol It would be easier to reply to all your awesome reviews!
I got an iPad for Christmas, but it's pretty useless without wifi because I cannot download a decent drawing app, even though it wasn't made for art. I made this one on my computer, but I'm going to try to get good enough with drawing figures and give a decent picture of what all the characters look like, and at least a representation of their shikai, if not Bankai (assuming they would all have the potential to get Bankai).
You're right about the length still being dangerous, but she managed to evade it enough that it did not stab at full force. If she had been standing still, and not dashing to the side to get out of its way, it probably would have gone clean through her collarbone and all the way through her back.
